SCRANTON - The Blue Ridge Raiders track and field team competed at the Robert Spagna Championship on Wednesday evening. Emily and Sarah Gorham each cracked the top ten in the 400 meter dash and the 300 meter hurdles respectively.

Emily finished ninth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:06.20. Sarah brought home tenth in the 300 hurdles, finishing in 52.44.

The girls 4x400 meter relay team also finished in ninth place for the other top ten Raider finish at the Championships.

Nick Marvin and Nicholas Smith each brought home a twelfth place finish, to be the highsest place winners on the boys side for the Raiders.

Marvin (17.67) took 12th in the 110 meter hurdles, while Nicholas Smith finished 12th in the javelin with a toss of 119 feet six inches.
